Affiliate marketing starts with the concept of an e-product. That is, a product that is available via download and/or online subscription. This includes memberships, ebooks, manuals, and even software and scripts. The creators of these products rely on affiliates to sell their products for them. For this service, they pay a hefty percentage - usually 50% or better. They market themselves to the community in hopes of finding individuals who will sell their product for pay. From there, the affiliates market the products with the hopes of making a sale.In order to connect with affiliates willing to sell their products, there are companies that connect sellers with affiliates and handle the commissions for all parties.
