Secrets to Affiliate Millionaires - Getting Started Your Effective Keyword Research

June 30th, 2008

Hi everyone,

Today, I am going to share you an interesting article. The article is written by Ann Smarty It shows you how to start effectively keyword research for your online business. As we know that keywords is one of the most important elements for your profits and success online, particularly if you are promoting your online business through Pay Per Click (PPC) search engine marketing.

You will discover and learn how to start your own keyword research effectively as below:

“Keyword research is the first thing you do when planning a website. You do it before thinking over the site architecture and creating the content. Keyword research is the what you do to estimate your competition and create a promotion strategy.

Previously, I have talked about the keyword research tools and ways to organize your keyword list. But where to start? How to find the correct core terms that you will then explore and expand? What you can do first:

1. Make a list of most essential aspects of your business;
2. Think what your visitors or customers would be most interested to see;
3. Learn what your competitors use (but don’t copy their strategy - sort out only most essential and useful terms);
4. Explore your niche essential vocabulary - check out dictionaries and glossaries.
While the first three are more or less clear, number 4 needs further information, I guess. I have a collection of my favorite sources I check regularly to get help with keyword research and content creation. And I am going to share my collection now:

The free dictionary (available with the FireFox search plugin) list a wealth of useful information for any term:

- your keyword definition(s),
- set phrases/ idioms (use them to lighten up your writing style),
- examples of usage,
- words of the same root (inflected words and derivations),
- thesaurus,
- classic literature mentions,
- keyword phrases,
- related acronyms.

Wordnet will provide you with the definitions and sample sentences using your key term.

Rhyme Zone will define your term and find:

- rhymes (can be real fun to play with by the way),
- synonyms,
- antonyms.

Synonym.com (as the name suggests) will show you the word synonyms and antonyms. The dictionary database is really not bad but they really have to work on usability and disturbing pop-ups the keep popping in.

Cambridge online dictionary will list most essential definitions and keyword phrases.

Meta Glossary finds the word definitions, related words and synonyms

Reference.com (with the FireFox search plugin) shows your core term synonyms and definitions.

Merriam-Webster dictionary lists definitions and derived terms.

Urban Dictionary provides related terms, definitions and examples created by users (FireFox search plugin available).”

Final thoughts, the more niche profitable keywords you have, the more opportunities you can earn huge money. With the above resources, you can get started on the effective keyword research for your success in online business.

Please feel free to share your ideas. Many thanks. I’m happy to hear from you.

Cheers,

Secrets to Affiliate Millionaires - Discover Great Secrets for Every Niches You Promote in PPC Online Advertising

June 10th, 2008

Hi everyone,

Today, I am going to share you Amit’s post about the secrets of affiliate marketer for every niches. You will discover and learn great tips for your success in the pay per click online advertising. With those tips, you can massive your ppc profits online.

Here are the secrets of how to success in PPC search engine for every niches:

Test content vs search. Some markets do really well of content and poorly on search, some do great on search but suck on content. Some do great on both. You need to TEST THIS.

Test your Google Adcopy. This is a REALLY important and it’s amazing that most affiliates don’t take the time to really do this rigorously. You need to understand the emotional hot buttons in your niche and put them into your ads.

Getting your ads right can spell the difference between being highly profitable and losing money like a sieve - this includes what domain name you choose.

Keyword Research : Have you thought of all the different types of keywords you can bid on for your niche? Do you know what types of keywords generate the best conversions? Does having state/city names in your keywords help? Do keywords with words like “buy”,”discount”,”sale” in them convert well?

Understanding what types of keywords convert best in your market and making sure your bidding high on these keywords is CRUCIAL.

Here’s what you need to do:

Make sure you put together a REALLY thorough keyword list that’s nice and broad.
Carefully tracking which keywords are converting and look for PATTERNS. Use what you learn to expand your keyword list and come up with new keywords ideas.
Bidding on the right keywords and getting good ad placement for the keywords that convert is a BIG part of the Secret to any niche.

In most cases newbie affiliate are missing 80%-90% of the converting keywords. They’re either not bidding on these 90% of keywords, or their bidding too low on them so they get barely on impressions for them without even realizing it. BIG TIP : Keywords that convert really well have a higher CPC.

Landing Page :

Do you know what type of landing page works best in your market? Review site, optin page, or straight sales page?? Look at what your competition is doing, and if necessary test several different types of landing pages to see what works best.

Do you know what type of copy or page layout will pull your visitors in to click through to the merchant and make a purchase? Keep testing until you find something that works.

I’m not going to lie to you, testing and studying are niches is not always fun. And sometimes it can be quite expensive.

But let’s put things in perspective, let’s say you bust your butt and spend a good 2 months testing and trying different angles on a market you knew is profitable. You finally found a landing page that converted really well, high CTR/high converting Google ad copy, and what type of keywords are pulling in all the sales.

Now you’re making $500/day in profit -> that’s $15k/month!

Do you think it was worth it?

PS Once you’ve cracked the Secret to a market you need to totally focus your effort on building up your campaign and scaling it like crazy. Don’t go into another market until you’ve squeeze every last cent of profit out of that market and have created a solid income stream that will last years.

The original post can be found at: http://www.superaffiliatemindset.com/theres-a-secret-to-every-affiliate-niche/.

Final thoughts, I do agree the above. With those secrets, you are in the great position to maximize the effectiveness of PPC advertising online. However, the real secrets is about planning and follow to your plans consistency. Without planning, you are losing your target/goals. :)

Please feel free to share your ideas. I’m happy to hear from you. Many thanks in advance.

Pay Per Click for Affiliates - To Make It Clear for Your Success!

June 2nd, 2008

Hi everyone,

I just found an interesting article from Amit, www.superaffiliatemindset.com. He addressed the ineresting point for all affiliates who are running the pay per click (PPC) campaign. You will discover and avoid the confusion about the ppc affiliate marketing, even you have profitable ppc campaign. The following post will be valuable for you in some ways.

Here are the post:

“I’ve recently taken on a one-on-one coaching student. He’s doing very well, he has 2 profitable campaigns right off the bat!

There’s something he said that really struck me : One of the reasons that he wanted to work with me on a one on one basis was to avoid getting confused.

What did he mean by that?

Think about all the enormous amount of information about ppc affiliate marketing out there, let alone affiliate marketing in general.

Just to list a few courses/membership sites : adwordmentor.com, googlecash.com, payperclickformula.com, wealthyaffiliate.com, ppc-coach.com, ppcclassroom.com, quityourdayjob.com, etc, etc, etc!?! These are just a few I remember off the top of my head.

All of the above courses (more or less) teach different strategies for doing ppc affiliate marketing. So which one do you follow?

On a related note, I was sharing some of my ppc strategies with Anik Singal and he told me flat out that me and Jeremy Palmer have totally different strategies for doing ppc affiliate marketing. Both Jeremy and I are both very successful affiliates, so who do you follow?

Here’s the deal…

There’s more than one way to slice and dice an onion and there’s also more than one way to do ppc affiliate marketing successfully. The worst thing you can do is buy 5 different courses and try to follow all of them - especially if they have conflicting advice - i.e. bid your add to the top, no keep your bid prices low!?! That’s where confusion kicks in.

Overloading yourself with information and getting confused will paralyze you and your business. Follow ONE system and try your best to make it work before you jump to another system for doing ppc.

Once you find a system that works for you, run with it. In time you’ll develop your own system for doing ppc. In my opinion that’s the mark of a true super affiliate, someone who has reached a level of expertise that they are coming up with their own techniques and strategies.”

Final thoughts, I do agree the above that if you found the right way for your ppc advertising online business, you should keep walking in that way. Too much information are not the right way for you. I would recommend you to find the reliable sources and go for them.

What do you think? Please feel free to share your ideas. Many thanks.

Cheers,
zMillionDollars

PPC Afffiliate Millionaire Tips - Discover 4 Happy Tips to Be Positive on Landing Page in PPC Campaigns

May 22nd, 2008

Hi everyone,

Pay per click (PPC) search engine is one of the most powerful strategies for affiliates to drive more customers and earn big money. Today, I am going to give you happy tips to increase the conversion rate of your landing page in PPC online advertising. You will discover and surprise how those tips can help you!

Here are happy tips:

1) Involve people. People make the landing page seem real, almost personal. The most common thing that’s done is your average good looking blonde. Sex sells yeah, but notice something else about them? They’re always smiling. I’ve used brunettes on pages and unless you’re trying to convey something sexy like with dating, they have a cute smile on. They work great on financial pages like credit reports and insurance pages. Traditional cute blonde…low(er) cut business suit…glasses…solid.

2) Happy colors. Blues, greens, oranges, reds. Nobody wants to go to a landing page that looks like a rainy day with 5 different shades of gray. The most popular color is probably blue, although I’ve had some success with orange pages on a white background. In most cases keeping the background white is better, black looks much too dark and almost depressing.

3) Focus on positive copy writing. Unless you plan on being ruthless and attacking their weak points with something like “Loser like you can’t find a woman? They can’t see your face here so put up a fake picture on Mate1 and chat with the hot chicks you desire!”, generally be positive in how you word your statements. Notice how the tagline of Geico is “I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance.”, not “I was poor and depressed so I tried saving some money on car insurance with Geico.” Their statement is happy, they’re saving money, things are great. Stress why your product of service will help them solve whatever problem they have.

4) Testimonials. Testimonials are definitely solid and most places know that. Research your offer page and most likely there will be a testimonials section somewhere with people praising the product. Scrape those bad boys and put them on your landing page. It gives the person a great positive and personal feel for what they’re researching.”

The source of the above tips come from Uberaffiliate site.

Please feel free to share your ideas. I’m happy to hear from you.

Cheers,
